Best budget hi-hat/cymbals?

Im looking to convert my mps-850 setup into a diy setup with edrumin, and was wondering what the best cymbals are that aren't too expensive?
So far i've seen that lemon seems to be very well recommended. But are there any recommendations for the best triggering and feeling cymbal options that aren't as costly as the roland stuff?
Ive seen Lemon and Unlock Jaws recommended, and there is also the Millenium cymbals that are sold seperately on thomann (CR-18, CC-15, CH-13, MPS-850 hi hat v2) (and their X variants).
I am in the UK. Looking for dual-zone hi-hats on a stand (can't decide between 2 piece and 1 piece with controller), triple-zone ride with good triggering bell (14-16" would be ideal, but not opposed to 18"), and 2x dual-zone crashes (14-16")
Is lemon still the best performing option in this price range?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
