Is there any limit to the number of switches eDrumin could theoretically support?

So I know you can get 2 switches over 1 pair of conductors by using a resistor on one of them. In theory if the eDrumin code was there to support it, is there any reason one couldn't do a DIY drum with like a piezo and 10 different switches, each with a different resistor value, which could trigger a different sound?

Yes, there is a limit--especially when consider that you need to distinguish between different levels of resistances when a switch might be closed for less than a ms.
