That sound normal to me. The wave is different if you apply the pressure in the middle of the piezo or on the edge. one is positive the other is negative.

Yup, it's absolutely clear. But the guys wrote something like: force applied to the top of the piezo. I thought.. without cone. :|

So if you just have one piezo going into edrumin10 via trs plug and then into a vst on the laptop it doesn't matter how it's connected? I'm just getting started with this and having some difficulty getting it figured out. If I have 2 piezos on a surface do I just connect , for example, one ceramic part to the tip and the other to the sleeve and the copper parts to the grounds? Thanks

Sleeve = ground

so you likely mean one ceramic to tip, the other to ring, and both copper (brass in fact) to sleeve, which is right.

For eDRUMin devices, either way will work. Check the appendix in the manual for wiring diagrams.
