Wiring Yamaha Alesis vs Roland

I wired my cone as Yamaha when I did my A2e because I had an Alesis module before.

Now that I'm going with a E10, I connected my pad as Yamaha.

I was wondering if there's any advantage of rewiring them as Roland or it does not make any differences? I don't mind changing them but only if makes sense.


When I think about it, I don't think there is any but maybe I'm missing something.

Also is there a reason eDRUMin doesn't mention Alesis in the app to configure it, since it's part of the 3 big names?
