Add new icon for metal cymbals using two piezos

In version 2.1.1 I've added an option for the dual-zone metal cymbal to be set as piezo/switch or peizo/peizo. If you want to test that out, I would appreciate any feedback.

Rob - I'm happy to report that your new changes for dual zone metal cymbal inputs (piezo/piezo) works very well. It's a clean and effective approach and I didn't find any unintended consequences. I did however notice a small issue in 2.1.12 where the high tom was randomly assigned to midi channel 11, but while documenting it I found you released 2.1.13, which made the problem go away.
Thanks for implementing this option. It gives us yet another sharp tool in the Swiss army knife of edrum module slayers. It's becoming more like a Swiss army machete!
