I can not set up 2 drums using a splitter anymore

I recently updated the software to 1.3.2 & I was having tons of problems,so I downgraded to 1.3.1 & I'm still having several problems

For 1 thing the software locks up constantly,so when I hit different drums or cymbals,I notice it locks up & doesn't switch between inputs,& it will show up on the wrong drum even, then if I close the software it works again for a lil bit then starts glitching again.
The other issue I'm having is now I can no longer use a splitter to have 2 drums on 1 input as a dual mono setup,it splits 1 input into 2 as its supposed to but when I hit both drums it goes through the 1st of the 2 split drums no matter which drum I hit,I didn't used to have this problem but suddenly it started happening ever since I reset my edrumins when I updated then downgraded them.(both the old & new software are having the same problem)

I have a windows 10 pc,16 gb ram,& I am using a Focusrite Scarlett or a mackie FireWire interface with it.

I've experienced the lock up issue with 1.3.2. It's been fixed in 1.4 BETA, which is pretty stable already and you might want to give that a try.

As for your Dual Mono issue, I haven't had any other reports of issues. Can you reset the input and perhaps swap cables and see if that fixes the problem?

It doesn't work with multiple top of the line cables,I don't know why it keeps registering both drums as the same drum in the software even though it shows it split as 2 drums on that channel (I already tried switching inputs & its the same thing)

I'm not exactly sure what to say. There are no shortage of people using dual mono mode without issue, so I'm quite confident it comes.down to your particular setup.

Is there a path for vibrations from one pad to reach the other? Maybe you need to turn up your crosstalk control.

I think this has been reported on here somewhere before (it might have even been me...), I'll try to find it for you.

Found it, on the 'Jobeky Spitters' thread.

There was a 1.3.1 issue with metal type inputs:

I see an issue there. I'll fix it for version 1.3.2.
As Rob said, first try the 1.4 beta and see if that resolves it.

Am I supposed to be using a mono cable or stereo?(I already tried it on 1.4 still didn't help)

Stereo. Stereo cables into the splitter as well if the pads are dual zone. Do you have a link to the slitter you are using?

I am using the wrong cable then, Because I had been told its ok to buy mono cables before in a prior thread where ppl were talking about using special splitters & I coulda sworn Rob said mono cables work(they work fine with dual channel cymbals but not with drums for some reason)https://www.zzounds.com/item--PGHPYMM?s ... It can still work with mono cables. I think your issue is more likely the splitter. Send us a link.
