New to eDRUMin - Drum Map Question

Hello. I finally received the last of the parts for an A2E conversion. I'm using eDRUMin with Superior Drummer 3. The kit I have loaded in SD3 contains three rack and two floor toms. The drum may only shows two rack toms and two floor toms. Is the eDRUMin module supposed to be reading in the information from SD3 into the drum map. Or, is the drum map static no matter the set you select in SD3? Anyone know of a way to download/print the MIDI mapping note assignments in SD3? I'm using the Death expension pack from Death and Darkness if that helps?

Of course, I just found the SD mappings under Help - About Sound Libraries - Death - Midi Layout.

Yes... the drum map in the controller software is static from what I’ve seen. It covers the basics. Once you get passed the basic setup you have to enter the MIDI mappings by hand to match SD3. I think if you double click the note in the controller software it will change to a number instead of note like A#. This is helpful because SD3 uses numbers by default. If you tap a drum in SD3 the MIDI mapping should appear in the MIDI mapping properties window in the upper right.

Also... to decrease load times turn off any articulations you aren’t using. SD3 loads lots of articulations you won’t use so why load them.

Probably doesn't need to be said but also turn off any cymbals and toms you don't have a pad for

Both in the eDRUMin control software and Superior Drummer when working with midi note mapping if you click on the note such as D2 if will switch to the number value.
