New Hi Hat Controller Build

Decided to have another go at making a better hihat controller now the beta firmware is working so well with the rest of my kit.
Ive started with an old pearl E classic cymbal as the base with the centre bell filled with epoxy to raise the level.
The sensor is a linear hall effect unit like alot of others have done, embedded into the epoxy. I built a TRS lead into the bottom cymbal wired to another jack mounted underneath in an old jack box from a dead jobeky cymbal. Both cables now plug into the underside of the base. Top cymbal is a 14" ATV . Sensor is triggered by a ring magnet mounted to the bottom of the hihat clutch. This setup paired with the amazing ATV cymbal is the best hihat Ive tried to date. Works amazingly well with the edrumin units and gives me totally realistic hihat movement when open. This really makes my old VH11 setup feel quite antiquated.
