I've contacted FedEx. It sounds like they are in the process of getting it released. I've also asked for clarification about exactly what they would like to see for description of the contents to avoid this issue in the future. I'll keep you posted.

I've already talked to them. We have filled out all the correct forms. Your order hasn't arrived at customs yet, they are just processing the documentation and they are not clear about the contents of the package at it is a big order. I will call them again and ask for an update of the situation.

I've heard back from FedEX. I had written 'USD Device' instead of 'USB Device' on the customs form, so they were understandably confused. Totally my fault.
