Cross-talk cancellation doesn't work within dual-mono input
Posted: Fri Jan 24, 2020 6:25 am
Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect 4 side mounted single piezo pads to inputs 1 and 2 with splitters, let’s call them pad 1.1, pad 1.2, pad 2.1 and pad 2.2.
2. Calibrate inputs and set cross-talk cancellation to 15 on each.
Expected result:
No or small cross-talk between all 4 pads, which can be eliminated by increasing cross-talk setting.
Actual result:
No cross talk between pads, connected to different inputs (i.e. between 1.1 and 2.1, 1.1 and 2.2, 1.2 and 2.1, 1.2 and 2.2), but there is cross talk between pads, connected to same input throw splitter (i.e between 1.1 and 1.2, 2.1 and 2.2). Furthermore, increasing cross-talk settings doesn't help, even if I set it to 100.
Maybe I did something wrong, or there is a setting I should activate?
Thanks.
