Handling cross-talk between eDRUMin and other modules

Is there any way, even if it's a separate app on the PC, to configure cross-talk between the eDRUMin and a complementary module?
If I plug the device as a slave midi-in on a Roland module, can cross-talk issues be handled in the module itself?

I realized that could be an issue while I was trying the digital ride through usb to my PC and my crash was triggering through the module while I was hitting the bell. Based on the pads that I wanted to connect to the eDRUMin that might not be an issue (I will connect the hi-hat, the first crash on the opposite site of the rack, 3 toms and a kick, so only the third tom might get bumped a bit while I'm hitting the bell) but I wanted to first check what solutions could exist.

Not entirely. If you have both the module and the eDRUMin connected to your DAW using MIDI, you should be able to prevent pads from your module from triggering the eDRUMin pads, but not the other way around. You would set this up inside a sequencer. You would create an extra MIDI track and route the MIDI from your module into the eDRUMin. Any USB MIDI the eDRUMin sees is used to process crosstalk cancellation.

And what about the scenario where I plug the edrumin on the midi-in of a Roland module? Any experience with that? I don't really have two modules to test it with, but I would imagine something can be done on the master module?
