I have just ordered and paid an Edrumin 4 but cannot reach your support

Hello,

Can anyone from Audiofront please get in touch with me? I have just now ordered and paid for an Edrumin 4 unit, but during payment the site glitched and I haven't received a confirmation mail or invoice - though my balance shows the amount has been transfered. I cannot reach your support because I have not received an email with a transaction ID. Thank you,

Hi Nicky,

I have not received a payment for an eDRUMin 4 today, so there's obviously a problem processing your payment. My guess is that you are attempting to purchase with a credit card and your bank won't let the payment go through because of some security settings it has in place.
