Audio to Midi Clock

Hi,
I noticed the eDrumIn while I was looking for a simple Audio/Click to Midi Clock device. Do you also offer something like that or know where to find it? I need a small device for my guitar pedal board(s) to sync my time based effects to the click of our drummer during live performance.
I am currently using the Selah Quartz for the function in my two live setups and it works perfectly fine, but one is now defective and I was hoping to replace it with something simpler/smaller/cheaper, i.a. since I may need to implement the function in my other boards for traveling and remote gigs as well…
Anyway a simple box with a 6.3 and/or 3.5 mm audio in and a 5pin DIN Midi (and/or TRS) out for clock and possibly a LED (or real display) for checking the detected tempo would nice. And power via normal “pedal supply” (9v DC center negative) and optionally USB-C…
The detection I currently need is from a simple metronome click, i.e. nothing special, but if it is possible to detect from a more complex audio source (e.g full band or drum mixbus, eDrum set output), that would obviously be cool too… And if you are thinking it would be useful for more general purpose, I’m sure some people would find it cool with a tap tempo relay out for controlling non-midi gear and/or a tap tempo switch in for manual time setting….
