Midi Mapping with SD3

Anyone else having issues using the "Superior Drummer Map" midi mapping preset?
I am using SD3 with two eDrumin 8s linked together on an A2E conversion kit (mostly Jobeky & Roland triggers).
I just got it all setup and pretty much dialed in this week - but am not getting the desired results.
For instance, my racktom1 is mapped to C2 in the eDrumin software app - but is actually triggering C#2 in SD3. So, rack1 is actually triggering crash1.
The kick drum is mapped to C1 - but is actually triggering G1 in SD3. SO, instead of the Superior kick drum - my pedal triggers a floor tom.
What gives? It does not appear to be kit-specific. I have tried several of the SD3 presets with identical results. My workaround is to rearrange the kit pieces in the SD3 software - but this is a time-consuming hassle.
