does EdrumIn, after calibrating with , for example, a PC windows computer, works with the made calibtrations as a - stand alone - ?
Does it ' memorise' the made calibrations ore does it need the computer as a brain to maintain the calibrations.

Yes, once configured, the device remembers its settings. ED4 and ED10 have a 9V DC barrel jack to power the device without a computer. For the ED8 you'll need to use a USB phone charger to power the unit (this method also works for the ED4 and ED10)
