Will not recognize edrummin8 when tethered to pc??

Usb to pc.. control app won't recognize that the edrummin8 is connected.. when plugged into the edrummin8 light flashes... UPDATE.... Sry I figured it out.. had to update the edrummin control app to the latest version.. working good...
