Nfuzd drum trigger Pad compatibility

Is anyone aware of any compatibility between the piezo/switch triggering in Nfuzd three zone pads and the Audiofront eDrumin module, that also has compatibility for the similar Yahmaha 3 zone Trigger sensor (piezo) x 1, rim switch (2 zones) triggering. I read on a blog that the Nfuzd pads have the same configuration and therefore would be compatible with Yamaha modules or the Audiofromt eDrumin 10 universal trigger module. I am trying to confirm this compatibility?

If they indeed use the same wiring, then they will be compatible.
