Hello everybody,
please let me show you what I'm working on. Here's a demo vid of my electronic conga / djembe pad.

It runs on ED4 (at least rev2), and Rob has highly collaborate by writing a special firmware for it. Thank you Rob for your incredible work.

The story could be great if ever Covid and chip shortage hasn't came in the game, and as you probably know, no more ED4 can be sold at least for this year and maybe more.

I consider a kickstarter to help make this great pad a commercial product.
If ever you think this pad could become a great product, please tell it loud.

What could also help me is to think of me if ever you plan to sell your ED4 devices. I could buy as many ED4 as you could have. As Rob can't produce them anymore, I'm not able to even send one pad for peaple to try it.

If you're a happy ED4 owner and are intersted to test it, I might be able to sell few pads by May or so. Please tell me in PM.

Don't hesitate to ask your questions here, I can't promise to reveal all about this pad but I'd be glad to talk about it.

Thanks for watching !

Quick test of the first djembe recorded by myself in a studio.
I played it myself, I was a bit afraid of the sound I could record because djembe technique is quite difficult (slap technique especially). This recording session was supposed to be a test but it turns out to be very successfull.

Compared to the solo djembe of the Native instrument West Africa library, I found my recording to be much more realistic and pleasant to play.

Samples are loaded in a 2box module for this demo, and audio was recorded straight from the module with a bit of EQ (bass boost) and some compression
