TranslationI use an A2E kit with internal triggers under Real Feel heads. It works great in the studio with SD3.
We will be doing some live shows this summer and will share the drum kit with other drummers (not separate bands) who are not used to playing mesh pads and triggered sounds.
Has anyone successfully set up a hybrid set with acoustic heads and used Roland or Ddrum triggers to trigger SD3 using eDrumin10?
I assume the RT30K works fine for kick but can the RT30HR (dual zone) trigger work ok for snare to get two zones?
The drummer will hear the acoustic kit and FOH will get the SD3 feed and mic'd cymbals.
