XLN Audio

Post by DC1970 »

Forgive me if this kind of thing isn't allowed here but just to let you all know that XLN Audio have a sale on at the moment for those of you who use Addictive Drums. Looks to be around 30% off on AdPaks etc.
Could be a sign that AD3 is on the way maybe? AD2 has been around since forever so it must be due a rehash at some point.

They have sales every few months.

I might make the migration to SD3 as everyone seems to prefer it, but I've also realized that cymbals do not have "bell" samples. Not that I really need that but if SD3 ends up sounding better I might go that way.

I'll have to dive into a better comparison but for now ADD works and sounds pretty good.
