Order problem

Hoya, I just went through the purchace procedure for an edrumin 10.
I selected credit or debit card at checkout, accepted the payment in my online banking app and came back to site site like I do for every payment.
It’s taken the money via PayPal however it hasn’t emailed me an order number or confirmation. It’s like I got halfway through and took the payment but didn’t complete the transaction on your site.
What do I do?

Can you check to see if you have had a payment from me. My bank app says iv made the correct amount for an ED10 (it come up in £ coz I’m in the UK) to audiofront. Oh I rele hope it’s ok…

Ok it’s done it again..

It keeps trying to take the payment twice. Then obviously the second payment gets declined and then I’m just stuck back on the pay by PayPal or pay by debit or credit card. This is so annoying. It’s takes a payment, doesn’t go through the checkout properly and then refunds it…


Pretty sure your checkout system is broken because it won’t let me log into my PayPal in the pop up window. I don’t know what’s going on but it seems every time I go to buy one of these something goes wrong…it’s annoying coz they r are awesome devices too

I’m pretty convinced it is your payment side of things coz my bank has tried to send it twice now…
I’m not sure what’s going on rob but I can’t contact you directly so thought this was probably the best way.
Can you let me know if you know your having problems. If not I will try again. I tried twice on two different electrical devices so I dunno it’s weird

Ok you can get rid of this weird stupid post now lol I ended up using PayPal. I don’t like having to tho I must admit lol

Yeh no worry’s. I’m with monzo by the way, I’m pretty sure It wasn’t them coz the payment was waiting to be accepted by seller. Then got pinged back to me. I dunno obviously I saved it by going via PayPal.

After choosing the items... I didn't have any payment OPTION... I don't know how to proceed
