Parcel delivery question for our european friends

I sent my ED4 to a drummer who lives outside Milan (Yes - Meeelahn darling ). The USPS priority shipping got it to Milan in 7 days. That was 11 days ago. How long has "customs" been taking to process your eDRUMin parcel?

The delivery was made today so it was 8 days from US to Milan - and then 12 more days inside Italy. No customs fees were charged so that worked out well for both of us. BTW I used a USPS label printing website called PirateShip and the shipping label cost $15.44.
