it works, I now can play EZ Drummer a lot better. But it is a thight rope if you want to play fast hihat foot stuff. Which I don`t, cause I can't.

Gotta play with it more to have my settings and a conclusion.

works pretty well with the ATV 12" Hats, too. They were borderline unplayable before

Here's build 29. I've adjusted the default settings slightly and made a small change to improve responsiveness. In this build, the new control set is still visible for debugging purposes, but the controls are locked in place. I need to see if the default settings work well for everyone. Assuming they do, then I can just omit the controls all together and this will be a simple and significant improvement for version 1.1.

Still there should be an on/off switch for this option (for a Pedal for example, I don`t need any of that). Or Maybe make it a Little less powerful but easier to use with a Control like Edge sense or HH Crosstalk (just from 1 to 100).

Basically, it is just HH Crosstalk the other way.

There were probably 20 Japanese Engineers working on something like that for Roland and ATV Modules. And you did it in a few days.

I am working in Software developemtn and I really respect that you did exactly what good developers do: Don`t just develop what the customer wanted, but analyze the problem the customer actually has and make the best solution for it.

I suspect those modules have a similar function as well--I'm probably late to the game. As for an on / off function, if you don't enabled the HH_xtalk button, then the 'Steady Hats' feature is disabled. I know many people like to have lots of knobs and stuff to adjust, but there's also something to be said for having things work well without a lot of fuss. I'll give it some more thought.

I'll look into it. The link to build 28 should still be there if you want to go back.

Hi Rob,

Should we skip build 29 or test it?

Happy to test it if it helps.

Thanks,

Doug
