Are they available on the product page yet?Rob wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2024 1:00 amI implemented them on my MIDI Expression devices a couple of years back for my own needs, but never got around to designing a nice enclosure. Being able to attach a single knob to the device that it's designed to control is intuitive--especially for controlling the input gain and headphone levels of my RME interface.
Miscellaneous Roland triggers. ED-10 + ED-4. MacBook Pro (2015), 16G RAM, Big Sur. Superior Drummer 3. Logic Pro.

Rob -- Not sure this is related to the beta version or just a general bug, but I've had a couple instances where one of my cymbal triggers will lose connection to the edrumin 10 device. (I thought it was a bad cable.) At first I unplugged and plugged the jack into the device and found it again. The last time, I lost three ecymbals on the same device, and saw a compatibility error message for two of them. I changed the instrument type and rebooted the device, and got everything going again. I'm using the latest firmware and beta application. Not sure I can recreate this consistently yet. Hope it's not a hardware issue.

There are a number of issues that can cause false compatibility warnings. You can disable the compatibility checks from the options panel (the cog icon in the side bar on the left of the UI).

Thanks as always for your hard work Rob. I'm hoping to get a chance to try this version soon (2.3.1.35 has been working brilliantly for me, but curiosity will get the better sooner or later)...
Out of interest, what are the sorts of issues/uses independent gain control for TIP and RING help with?

I think 98% of pads won't see any benefit as the rinshot range does something similar already. However if a pad has an extremely sensitive rim sensor (like a some Roland PDX-8 pads), manually setting the rim peizo gain can help prevent false cross/side stick/rimshot triggers.

Just wanted to pop in to say thanks again! I'm part of the 2%, who is now happily drumming with 3x s****y Roland pdx-8.
The original beta you sent me had preset/description bug which is now back to normal.
I appreciate your hard work Rob!
