I know the eDrumIn10 is a pretty recent product, I’m coming initially from a TD-27 module, and working through SD3 was just phenomenal, however with the size of kit and amount of cymbals I was wanting to run to replicate (at least somewhat) my acoustic kit I swapped over to a Pearl Mimic Pro due to it having superior drum sounds and inputs. But…I’m genuinely missing the awesomeness and customization of SD3 and was hoping maybe an expanded eDrumIn module was in the works. Yes, I know you can hook up multiples, but then it becomes a matter of cleanliness and power supplies, I’d rather have one module strapped somewhere to my Icon rack. I’d need around 15 inputs, but I wouldn’t be upset over an even 20.
If Mr Jonkman or someone else could weigh in with their thoughts that would be outstanding.
Pic of my current Pearl Reference conversion for attention…and my acoustic kit for comparison

Thanks! Though I don’t get the Mylo reference…
Re: eDrumIn20?
Actually, having two eDRUMin10 would help in cleaning up cable mess.
One could be in the "east" while the other could be in the "west" of the kit,
So, you have shorter and cleaner lines between pads and device... since eDRUMin devices can be piggy backed with a single cable between them.

Hello… I’m Mylo…
Here is my current setup: I wanted that module feel as well. I 3D printed a box that holds an Intel NUC, Scarlett 2i2 and two eDRUMin10s. I use a 13” touch screen to access it all. The only power chord going to the box is for the Intel NUC. Everything else is powered over USB in some form or another, even the monitor.

Re: eDrumIn20?
Good point. Would you just go midi out to the midi in on the other module closest to your VST source I’m assuming? I haven’t done anything similar to this so I’m pretty much a noob here.

Damn dude, that’s a phenomenal set up! I run all Mac stuff, do you think there is there a similar set up running a Mac Mini that could be done possibly?
Re: eDrumIn20?
Possibly… the old Mac Mini was nice and compact. The new ones not so much. The mini doesn’t come with very many USB ports but I think it has enough to run the bare minimum. You need one USB for the eDRUMin and one for the 2i2. If you want to run a monitor without a power chord then the monitor has to be able to get power from the Thunderbolt port.DamonDrummer wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 4:05 pmOk NOW I get the referenceMylo wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 3:58 pmHello… I’m Mylo…

I’m running Windows Pro so I can remote into the NUC from anywhere in the house using my laptop. I can also remote into the NUC using my iPad. I recently added a small Bluetooth keyboard as well that I can use if I want to make adjustments while sitting at the kit. The touchscreen is nice but can be very tedious to use with SD3.

Re: eDrumIn20?
Ah ok, yeah I’m researching now. Looks like one can use an iPad (which I have) as a monitor too so that might make things easier. Hmm. What would you charge to bust out another box for the components?Mylo wrote: ↑Sun Jun 27, 2021 4:15 pmPossibly… the old Mac Mini was nice and compact. The new ones not so much. For this exact setup no charge necessary. You just have to pay for shipping to get it to you.
The box has extremely tight tolerances so for it to work you’d have to buy all the same components.
I can also just send you the STL files and you might be able to find someone to print it for you locally.
