Maybe I missed something but in the tutorial video I see this:
the gain control has two faders but the current version of the software only has one.
Have they been combined or I did I miss a step in my setup?

These were combined some time ago into one “master” gain controller. Adjusting it affects the velocities of all articulations. To adjust the velocities of individual articulations, take a look at the Articulation Scalers.
