Having difficulty setting up VH11 hi-hat and RT-30HR triggers

Hello eDrumin Community,

I purchased my eDrumin interface last May. I have been trying to get it to work properly ever since. Previously I was using a Roland TD12 module with Roland drum triggers (RT-30HR and RT-30H) on a Pearl Rhythm Traveler set and it worked fine. It stopped working recently so I moved on to the eDrumin module and so far I have not been able to get it to sound accurate. The velocity I can never seem to get right. I can't do any fills with accent patterns, snare double strokes sound machine like and unnatural. The hihat, I'm using the VH11, does not recognize the edge at all. It only recognizes the bow.

Does anyone have any specs they can share or anymore advice in setting this up?

Also I'm using SSD5.
