NOOB Question - Outputs on ME and ME Quattro (ME IO I know already)

Hiya,
Very beginner question, but I can't for the life of me find exactly what outputs are on the ME Quattro and ME. Any pictures I've seen only display the input/output panel of the IO and neither of the others.
Sorry if I've missed something obvious.
