Program Change +/-

Hello.

Is it possible to program the pedal to do program change +/- from the current program?

But I also will be changing programs from other device. Can the pedal also do +/- program change reflecting any program change I have made from another device?

So basically, if I am on Program 100, click pedal, goes to 101 (or 99 for the double click).

If the other device is routing its MIDI out to the MIDI Expression, it will update its values accordingly.
