MIDI Expression software crashing

Hi, the support form didn't find my transaction ID. so here's my question:

i can't start the midi expression software. it crashes immediately after starting. also when I unplug the Quattro. I have also a MIDI expression software (1.0.0.0) which starts but doesn't recognize the quattro. Can you send me a version of the software which is supported by OSX 10.8 as soon as possible? I'm gonna need the device by tomorrow. thanks!

This bug just popped up after updating a 3rd party graphics library. I've fixed it. Here's a link:

As for the the other issue, it looks like your firmware failed to update automatically. Follow the instructions in the following thread. It can be finicky, so if it doesn't work the first time, try again:
