MIDI Expression Quattro Class Compliant Driver

I am very interested in purchasing the MIDI Expression Quattro, however I have some concerns about it using the Windows class compliant driver. I assume this means the Windows Class Compliant midi driver. This driver is notorius for device issues when used on multiple devices on the same MIDI host computer. I already have an Alesis Wireless Vortex that uses this driver. When I initially got and setup my Vortex, I had serious communication problems between the USB dongle and Windows. The issue turned out to be a conflict with another device using this driver (CopperLan). I ended up having to uninstall and stop using CopperLan between my two DAWs in order to get stable performance from the Vortex. This was the case using either the USB wireless dongle and/or going straight from the Vortex to the host using a USB cable.
If I end up having a conflict between the MIDI Expression and my Vortex, doing away with the Vortex is not an option and it would leave me with a piece of gear that while it shows promise, would be useless to me in my live rig. Is there any kind of money-back guarantee if I run into compatibility issues?
thanks,
