Hi

Post by skelmy »

I am new here just upgrading from a 61 key semi weighted keyboard to an 88key hammer weighted controller and wanted to buy your MIDI Expression Quattro converter to use with a Roland RPU-3 triple grand piano style pedal (I also play guitar and I have other pedals as well as I play the drums and I have 2 spare Alesis hi hat pedals that I will also be using)

So I was wondering if the Roland RPU-3 triple grand piano style pedal http://www.roland.com/products/rpu-3/ is compatible with your MIDI Expression Quattro converter system.

Thanks for the help!! What you are doing is great there is nothing else like it around. :D

That pedal will work fine. It's a bit of a shame that it's has three separate TS jacks. Using an adapter, however, you could combine two of the mono connectors into a single TRS jack so that it would only take up two of the inputs. Here's a link to the adapter.

Great thanks for the reply and advice Rob.

I was wondering if this one is compatible I take it that it is. http://www.dv247.com/keyboards-and-midi ... tAodXI0JSQ

Would be fantastic to do what you said and have them just in 2 slots so as the other 2 slots are free for other use as I have 2 Alesis hi hat pedals I can use as I said before.

Thank you very much for the help rob.
