Tip Ring Both?

I'm using a Headrush Core pedal. It has an Ext Amp jack. This jack can "send" TIP, RING, and BOTH over a TRS cable. I have a MIDI Expression Quattro. Using the Control app, I've been able to set it up as two footswitches, representing TIP and RING, each sending a separate MIDI CC. Is there a way to set it up to send a CC when BOTH is selected?

No there isn't a way to send a different CC when both switches are activated.
