I am considering getting the midi expression to support my mooger-foogers and other guitar pedals. I was wondering if the software supported the creation of saved parameter presets.

Ideally some sort of menu where I can set my expression pedal from controlling and LFO rate on my delay pedal to changing the Feedback on the same pedal to changing some other parameter on a completely different pedal with a single click, so I can use this live. With all of these pedals being connected to my midi hub.

MIDI Expression would not support your mooger-googers. It only handles expression pedals, sustain pedals, footswitches, and hihat controllers. I admit I'm not familiar with those pedals and perhaps you have some elaborate setup in mind that is not obvious.

Nonetheless, currently there is no preset system. I'm most likely going to implement something to that effect in the future, but it's not on the top of my todo list. There is a plugin version of the control application that allows you to save configurations on a per project basis, but I'm guessing that's not exactly what you are after.
