I haven't been able to reproduce this. My suggestion would be to first log into PayPal then try to make the purchase. I'd like to figure what's going wrong, as you aren't the first person to mention this. Can I ask a few questions?

What country do you reside in?
Are you using some sort of proxy?
What browser / OS are you using?
Do you have cookies enabled or disabled?

Regards,
Rob

Hi Rob,

I´m from Spain.
I´m using Safari 7.1 from OSX 10.9.5 Mavericks
Proxi detection is automatic.
Cookies seam to be activated.
I don´t have a paypal account, but i will ask a friend buy it for me.
(maybe i´ll tell my friend to try from his computer at his home and see what happens)

I'll try to reproduce the issue on OSX machine. From what limited searching I did, it seems that this issue can be related to a corrupt language cookie. The recommended solution was to clear the cookie cache.

I really don't have any control over that. It's a PayPal issue where it guess incorrectly what language to display. Once you lick the 'checkout' icon, however, and you are asked to input your user name and password, you can change the language PayPal uses by clicking on the drop down menu at the top right hand side of the screen.
