updating MIDI Expression QUattro

I'm trying to get my Midi Expression Quattro working. Looks like I need to update the FIrmware? I do not have any purchase info as it was a gift.

Possibly. Have you tried to update? If you can give me more information about what is not working I'll be able to help you better. Does your unit use a mini-b, micro-USB, or type B connector (printer cable style)?
