Hi Robert. Nice product, might be just what I needed! I'ts crazy that there doesn't seem t be any mutch else of the kind, certainly not at that pricepoint.

So I'd very mutch like to try one out, but I was just wondering: Are you based in the Netherlands by any chance, since your name is dutch.
I'm asking because that would seriously save shipping time compared to, say Australia.

Just like to know how long I should expect to wait for it to arrive.
I live in Amsterdam by the way.

regards,
Pieter

Hi Pieter,

I do have dutch blood, but I am not from the Netherlands. Both of my parents were born there, but moved to Canada when they were children, so I'm Canadian through and though. That said, I'm actually based in Taiwan. I've been here for ten years now.

The device takes about 10 days to get to Europe.

Regards,
Rob

The average to the US is 10 days, but that's probably a bit inflated because sometimes the delivery isn't made on the first attempt. It often makes it there in 7.

the product page is QUITE confusing with regards to shipping COST. Please provide a specific response to the following:
What are the shipping options (e.g. EMS, FedEx, etc.) for shipping a MIDI Expression Quattro to Canada... specifically Kamloops, British Columbia?

Hi dr,

As I said in the eDRUMin forum where you asked with question already, the only option for Canada right now is FedEx. The cost for me is quite variable. I charge $70 USD, and then refund the difference if it ends up costing less.

Rob
