Sustain Pedal

Hi,

I'm trying to get sustain from MIDI Expression to work using Kontakt 5 with Alicia Keys piano with Pro Tools 10 as my DAW. The MIDI clearly works because when using Notes On/OFF as the Output on the MIDI Expression interface, it does the function requested. However when simply applying the CC output, there is no sustain. I have tried everything and have no answers, can someone give me pointers of things to check?

Did you manage to get it working? Perhaps you need make a CC assignment within Kontakt. When I play "Concert Grand" via Kontakt, the sustain is assigned correctly by default.

Did you check that Kontakt is listening on the midi port for the pedal?
