My Rocktron HEX Expression/Volume Pedal has a 1/4 jack for output of expression.

My current midi keyboard controller does not have a 1/4 inch expression input jack.

Will MIDI Expression deliver expression CC from the pedal so it can be recorded by LogicProX via USB?

Can I use the MIDI Expression plugin without interfering or changing other midi controllers in the rig (keyboard, breath controller, etc)?

Absolutely.

The control application is available as a plugin and as a standalone application. You probably want to use the standalone version, and yes, it can be running without interfering with the normal use of the device or an other MIDI devices.
