Midi Expression for USB?

Hi, I'm looking to use an expression pedal to control Dynamics and other CCs with Virtual Instruments (in Kontakt) so wanted something to convert the signal from a Jack TRS expression pedal into Midi (using the pedal via the midi keyboard always defaults it to just volume).
Does the Audiofront product 'Midi Expression' do this? I bought a similar thing from beatbars but it didn't work so had to return it, looking to try another product...
