TranslationI just bought a Moog EP-3 Expression pedal thinking I could use it with my novation launch control keyboard as an expression pedal, but it only functions as a sustain pedal. Can I use this thing to use the moog pedal as a rotary control in Ableton Live? I am pretty new to Midi and don't want to work too hard configuring this. The reason I chose the Novation product was they were Natively mapped in ableton.
I am really just looking to control a VST wah pedal in ableton without having to use a hand controlled knob.

Yes, the Moog EP-3 will work fine with MIDI Expression. I also had a look at the Novation Launch, and I can confirm it indeed does not support expression pedals.

Got it in the mail yesterday. Just wanted to send a quick thanks. This is exactly what I needed to control a software Wah/Volume pedal in ableton. Very easy to use. Once I remembered to enable it as a control surface in ableton I was able to assign it easily to any parameter. You need a testimonials on your web site so I can spout my joy. lol. Thanks again. you saved me from buying yet another MIDI Keyboard just so I had an expression pedal port.
