Dual expression pedals and switches on IOS

Hi, just came cross this in a search on midi controllers.
I don't know the midi world too well, but what I'm wanting to do is, run from a pick up into an interface and into IOS, and with a program like Bias fx or overloud th-u or garage band, be able to switch between patches, and most importantly, control wah, volume, or whatever other parameters with 2 expression pedals.

Can this be done with the audio front? and if so, what would the best purchase be?

Yes, that's a very typical use case. The Quattro would be your best bet.
