Purchasing questions

Hi Rob,

I'm trying to purchase a MIDI Expression using a university "p-card" (credit card). To do this, I press the Check Out button to pay without a PayPal account. After entering my details, I get this error message: "We’re sorry, but we weren’t able to add this card. Please try a different card."

Unfortunately, I can't do that, and I can't use PayPal for a university purchase.

Do you have any idea why my card is being rejected? I have verified that there are no declined transactions on the card and that the mailing/billing address, cc number, etc. are correct.

I looked into this. Apparently P-cards are only compatible with 'Payflow Pro' which is a system where PayPal is deeply integrated into a website. Unfortunately that's not going to happen for my website any time soon. Sorry. I wish I could be more helpful.
