I tried to get support via email. That page tells me I have to have a transaction number, which I don't have, even though I have purchased two MIDI Expression devices through this site - perhaps five or six years ago. In fact, I bought the original MIDI Expression device when it came in a transparent case, and a bit later the blue Quattro. I still have both. But if I ever got an email showing a transaction number I no longer have it for either product.
I'm sure your records would show the purchases under my name: Carl Chimi.
How can I get the email support that other, more recent, purchasers are getting?
