Quattro black disconnects

This is an oldie black unit. When I connect to my macbook, everything is fine. If I move the Quattro, it disconnects. I can pull the usb from the computer and reconnect it and it works again, til I move it again. If it moves on a gig, I'm dead.

It could be the USB cable or it could be the USB connector inside the device. Does your Quattro use the mini-b or micro-b connector? Do you have another cable to test with?
