Can the Quattro fix the problem of when you plug in a 50K pot based foot pedal into keyboards looking for 10K?
I have a Yamaha FC7 expression pedal. For some keyboards like my Axiom 61 I've used a pair of Hosa Y cables to reverse the polarity. I'm using it for Hammond emulations and the volume swell doesn't follow the sweep of the pedal. It shoots up to 100 percent long before the pedal travel ends and the volume increase occurs in a very small portion of the total pedal travel. I've read that I should wire a 6.8K resistor between the sleeve and tip to fix this.
Thanks in advance for advice on this.

Re: Pre sales question regarding Yamaha FC7
MIDI Expression devices can handle both Roland and Yamaha style wiring. The inputs are also opamp buffered, so they will handle even 200k pots just fine.
