Issue updating firmware

Hi,

I recently try to update my Midi expression Quattro and the device seems to be bricked. Anyone who had the same issue? I try contacting support but my purchase number is not recognized.

I have a M3 Mac running Sonoma (14.2.1) and I purchased the device in july 2018. My device is currently unusable.
