Hi guys! I just build a custom Acoustic to Electronic kit and I'm using DSP trigger through Presonus FIrepod through Cubase SX3.
I find that DSP trigger works amazingly good but I'm sure there's something I don't do right.
I have DSP Trigger as an insert in each seperate tracks and everything goes into Superior Drummer 2.0.
When I click calibrate , erverything works fine, every hits are played perfectly, but after a while playing on the kit, it seems that everything is resetting by itself. Yesterday I was playing my drum and all of a sudden the kick became the crash cymbal and after the snare was not responding as well as it used to be 2 seconds before.
I don't understand what is happing. All my pads works perfectly, it really seem to be a problem with the configuration of DSP Trigger.
I need your help guys!
Thanks a lot!
Problems setting up DSP Trigger..?
Re: Problems setting up DSP Trigger..?
After calibrating, you're turning the calibration LED off? That's the first ting that comes to my mind. If you don't turn it off, it will most likely reset the calibration the next time the project is opened.
Are you passing any MIDI through DSP Trigger? DSP Trigger is setup to respond to certain program changes, so if you are send any of those, that could also be responsible. How about host automation? Do you maybe have a MIDI control setup with Generic Remote to control DSP Trigger?
Also, what version of DSP Trigger are you using?
