DDRUM triggers and positional sensing?

I am very interested in your software. I have the ddrum pro acoustic trigger set and Hart Magnum heads. I understand that with the two sensor snare trigger setting up rimshots and side sticks should be fairly easily. How about positional sensing? Will my setup yield accurate positional sensing?

Also do you have any tips on how to setup the drums? Tight heads/loose heads? Muffling? Gels?

Hi, I have never tried DSPT with DDrum Triggers and I can't vouch for their compatibility, so you'll just have to try it and see. I suspect rimshot and sidestick will work, but I'm pretty sure positional sensing is out of the question.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I don't think you'll be able to achieve positional sensing with DDrum triggers. To get positional sensing from DSPT you will need a center mounted peizo.
