Has anyone tried the MIDI Expression on an iPad using the camera connection kit with a guitar interface (like the IK Multimedia IRIGHD) to control the stomps in Amplitube? The IRIGHD uses the lightning connector on my iPad, but it will also work over USB, so I am thinking of using a powered USB brid...
